  • How does Pronotice treat your data?
    Pronotice process the data of its customers to perform and execute the requests related to ongoing and possible business opportunities and any other business related activity that might involve invoicing, accounting and file storage purposes or any subsequent customer support service. These purposes require the handling of the contact information of those who may be interested to be reached out by Pronotice; the data processing is based on the performance of a contract and, where data are processed that are not necessary for such contract performance and in the absence of a particular declaration of consent, on compliance with a legal obligation or Pronotice legitimate interests in the respective data processing activities will still be covered by the fact that such legitimate interests could be, for instance, the ability to ensure smooth business relations and corporate processes, the compilation and evaluation of turnover statistics or direct advertisement.
  • Where are the Pronotice’s data recipients located?
    The data recipients in Pronotice AB and its associates can either be located within or outside Europe. If the collected data is shared with a data recipient that is located out of the EEA, Pronotice will ensure compliance according to the European Data Protection standards, following the contractual clauses issued by the European Commission and guarantee that data could only be displayed in case of mayor force such as law required or competent authorities.
  • What type of data is processed by Pronotice?
    Pronotice process data provided through their communicational channel such as website, email, phone conversations, and customer services chat; which may include but is not limited to name, company name, address, contact number, e-mail address, postal code and/or any other information that is necessary in order to perform in our best interest all the possible support to the customer.
  • How long will your date be under Pronotice domain?
    Customer’s data will generally be store while there is a contractual partnership between the parties, when there’s a requirement from the customer and to satisfy further obligations that might be related to accounting, after sales services, quality assurance traceability and other activities related to data evaluation within the company limits and according to the reference law.
  • What are the rights of the customers in terms of their personal data?
    Access of your data. Pronotice AB is always open and willing to share with its customers what data is storage and how it is processed. The customer is able to request a registry extract. Rectification of your data. As a company, Pronotice understands there may be updates in their customers’ information that may include changes in their sales person, contact information, locations and others for which it is ok to request an update on the data base in order to have accurate information of their partners. Request of removal. Under certain circumstances customers are able to request the removal of their data or the restrictions of the activities performed with such information. Request of objection. Customers are allowed to object the processing of their personal data at any time. Request of portability. If customers’ data is collected automatically, customer is able to request a copy of their information at any time and under Pronotice best interest.
